Our Mission

We deliver high-value, relationship-based medical care without the confusion of insurance.
Our practice exists to restore trust, clarity, and humanity in healthcare—while building a sustainable, joyful medical business that works for both patients and clinicians.

We are growing intentionally and are seeking a Practice Growth & Operations Lead who thrives on clarity, momentum, and meaningful impact.

This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” role. This is a help-us-move-forward role.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with strong judgment and leadership energy—someone who can sense what matters most, help us decide quickly, and mobilize people and systems toward growth.

You will work closely with the founder to:

  • Clarify priorities

  • Move key initiatives forward

  • Strengthen operations without losing soul

  • Support sustainable, aligned growth

You are not here to manage chaos—you’re here to prevent it.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Growth & Strategy Activation

  • Help identify and prioritize growth initiatives aligned with our mission

  • Translate vision into clear next actions

  • Push decisions forward when momentum stalls

  • Support launches (services, offers, marketing initiatives, systems)

  • Evaluate what is working, what isn’t, and what needs to change

Operational Leadership (Not Admin)

  • Strengthen workflows that support patient experience and practice efficiency

  • Identify friction points in patient intake, scheduling, communication, and follow-up

  • Help prepare the practice for future clinician hires or expansion

  • Create clarity around ownership and accountability (who owns what)

Team Alignment & Accountability

  • Rally team members around priorities and deadlines

  • Hold respectful, clear accountability—without micromanagement

  • Ensure initiatives don’t get stuck in “idea mode”

  • Serve as a steady, grounding presence during growth phases

Founder Support & Decision Clarity

  • Act as a thought partner to the founder

  • Provide grounded input and perspective on decisions

  • Help filter ideas so the best ones move forward

  • Protect the founder’s time and energy by increasing clarity and execution

What You’re Great At

This role is for someone who naturally:

  • Moves people to action

  • Makes sound decisions without perfect information

  • Spots misalignment early

  • Simplifies complexity

  • Balances intuition with practical thinking

  • Feels energized by progress and momentum

You are likely uncomfortable with endless meetings, overthinking, or “busy work.”

What You Don’t Need to Be

  • A clinician

  • A traditional office manager

  • A marketing technician

  • A spreadsheet-heavy analyst

You don’t need to do everything—you need to help the right things happen.

Ideal Background (Not All Required)

  • Operations, integrator, chief of staff, or practice leadership experience

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, direct care, or service-based businesses

  • Comfort working with founders or visionaries

  • Strong communication and follow-through skills

  • Alignment with mission-driven, patient-first care

Hours & Structure

  • 10-15 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule with some overlap during business hours

  • Combination of remote and occasional in-person (if local)

  • Outcome-focused, not clock-focused

  • This is not about doing what you’re told, but anticipating the next move for the health of the business

Why This Role Matters

You will help build a medical practice that:

  • Respects patients’ time, intelligence, and autonomy

  • Delivers care without insurance confusion

  • Supports clinicians instead of burning them out

  • Becomes a model for what healthcare can look like

Your work will have a direct impact on patients, providers, and the future of care in our community.

What Success Looks like

  • Primary KPI is increasing revenue with less effort

  • Increasing ideal leads

  • Increasing % of converting leads to appointments

Your Compensation/Benefits

  • $40/hour with bonuses at growth milestones

  • Flexible part time work

  • Instead of working through layers of management, you will work directly with the founder and finally get to create an impact within our community that fixes what is broken in healthcare. You own the outcomes, not just a to-do list.
